Each year, as November begins, I find myself drawn to the joy and nostalgia of the holiday season. That energy often takes shape in the form of a self-initiated Christmas card—designed not out of obligation, but out of a genuine love for the season and the creative possibilities it brings. While only one design has made it to print so far (2021), the tradition remains a meaningful way for me to explore new ideas, play with visual storytelling, and create something that exists purely for the sake of joy. It's a reminder that even small personal projects can reignite inspiration and keep creativity thriving.

Each holiday card I create becomes a small milestone in my design journey—a space where I challenge myself to push beyond familiar techniques and explore new methods of making. Whether it’s experimenting with illustration, layout, or digital tools, these cards reflect not only the spirit of the season but also the evolution of my creative voice. They serve as personal benchmarks, quietly charting my growth as a designer year by year. I view them as more than seasonal projects—they’re opportunities to reflect, take risks, and embrace the joy of learning. My hope is to continue this tradition well into the future, using it as both a creative outlet and a meaningful way to track where I’ve been—and where I’m going.
