Designed during my time at FPW Marketing, this project supported the Eagle Grand Slam event hosted by the Boy Scouts to honor their 2022 class of Eagle Scouts. With a provided color scheme and sponsor logos as the starting point, the overall design direction was left to my discretion—allowing space for thoughtful, creative decision-making within a real-world context.
Knowing the program would be printed in-house, I opted for a bi-fold layout that balanced simplicity with a celebratory tone. I incorporated photography into polaroid-style frames, lending a nostalgic and personal touch that aligned with the event's spirit of reflection and recognition. This design choice also offered a smart, print-friendly solution: the white frames avoided full-bleed issues and eliminated the need for additional trimming—saving the client both time and resources.
This project was a rewarding blend of thoughtful design, client collaboration, and practical problem-solving, resulting in a final piece that felt accessible, festive, and functional.
